The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, motivated office coordinator to our Abigail Kirsch team at the Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, NY. As an office coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist in administrative tasks and to manage daily office needs.

Compensation is $25 an hour.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Operations with administrative tasks

  • Booking staff on event with our scheduling software

  • Process payroll.

  • Ensure event folders and captain paperwork is distributed in a timely manor

  • Other tasks as needed.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • At least one years’ experience in a related role.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
