The Role at a glance:
We are looking for a skilled, motivated beerista to join our team at Dock & Paddle in St Paul, MN! As a beerista, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele. Located in a beautiful setting with multiple music performances you get to enjoy a diverse work routine with a great team!
What you'll be doing:
Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
Performing food and coffee service.
Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
At least 18 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior food & beverage experience.
